Mr. Elagib Abdalla is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience across the UAE’s HR development and organizational transformation landscape. He holds an MBA in Human Resource Management from the University of Wales, Cardiff, UK (2006), and has been actively contributing to the region’s HR field since 2010.
Over the years, Mr. Abdalla has held progressive roles in both the private and government sectors, beginning his career as a Recruitment Consultant before advancing to an HR Generalist position within a reputed and high-profile Dubai Government entity in 2013. His career has been defined by his ability to align human capital strategies with organizational goals, ensuring measurable impact and sustainable growth.

When I founded Insight HR Global 15 years ago, originally known as Reaya Human Resources. I had a simple yet ambitious vision: to create meaningful value for working people by helping companies find, grow, and retain talent in a way that truly puts people first.
